  • Shapemeaningful digital change by influencing how systems, processes, and data work across the business.
  • Partnerclosely withtechnologyteamstoidentify, develop and deliver solutions, to streamline processes.
  • Implement process management frameworks tomonitorand measure the effectiveness of digital solutions and initiatives.
  • Provide expert knowledge and training to teams on new processes and systems excellence

  • Experience of Salesforce and / orCertiniaadministration, particularly around development of reporting is highly desirable
