- Supporting the day-to-day finance function across multiple brands
- Managing purchase ledger, sales ledger, and credit control tasks
- Handling invoice processing, queries, and reconciliations
- Maintaining accurate records and financial spreadsheets
- Assisting with bank activity, PO processing, and internal approvals
- Confident working across purchase/sales ledgers and credit control
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial data
- Solid IT skills – especially Excel, Outlook, and Word
- Organised, proactive, and comfortable working under pressure
