We're driven by our values - **We Grow Together, We Keep Things Simple, We Get Stuff Done****Our Opportunity**We are looking for a Quality Assurance Administrator to join our Meadow Fresh dairy manufacturing site in Christchurch. As the QA Administrator you will play an important role in driving continuous improvement of the food safety and quality management systems through improving quality compliance, reduction in quality costs and best in class quality/food safety performance.Key responsibilities include:* Maintain and organize quality related documentation including trending, reports, training and records* Support and administrate site quality management system and standard operating procedure manuals including Compliance Schedules, Factory SOPs, Release and Export Process manual* Support customer complaint investigations to identify root causes and recommend corrective actions* Participate in internal and external quality audits* Document food safety and quality meetings and monitor actions + Preparation of trending and key performance indicators + Participate in quality and management systems and continuous improvement projects and activities that support the team and business.**About You**To be a success in this role we are looking for someone with a Quality background, with experience in the food manufacturing industry and with a solid understanding of Food Safety principles.Skillsets and competencies we are looking for include:* Tertiary qualification in Food Science / Technology (not essential)* Understanding of Food Safety and Quality principles, and an understanding of food manufacturing processes (preferably Dairy)* HACCP and Auditing experience would be advantageous* The ability to work independently to take a hands-on approach to investigations**What we can offer**You will be joining a driven team of professionals who genuinely enjoy working together resulting in a highly collaborative and flexible work environment.
