A leading dairy manufacturer in Telford is recruiting several Production Operatives to play an essential role in the supply chain. The ideal candidates will have production experience in the food/beverage sector, strong skills in problem solving, and a technical mindset. This full-time, permanent position offers a salary of £31,079 per annum, a 5% annual bonus, and various benefits including holiday allowances and a discount scheme. We are recruiting at our Telford Dairy for several Production Operatives.
Production Operatives play an essential part in the supply chain, they use their Technical skills to drive a Safety, Quality, Service, Cost and People culture, using data to effectively improve machine performance.
The ideal candidate will have production experience within a food / beverage environment and strong skill in problem solving, fault finding and machine management.
Please note that shortlisted candidates will be invited to attend a full‑day recruitment event. This will include group assessments, interviews, and an opportunity to learn more about the role and our company. Please ensure you are available for the entire day, as activities will run from 9:30am – 4:30pm on 20th January.
