Education
Lead with Compassion as Our Night Charge Nurse in Bay Court Care Home. Our 80‑bed luxury home delivers exceptional Residential, Nursing, Dementia, and Respite Care.
- £23.25 per hour (Equivalent to £47,598.33 per annum)
- 39.37 hours per week (3 nights one week, 4 nights the next)
- Shift times: 7:45 PM – 8:00 AM
- Paid NMC fees, PVG, and uniform
- Free onsite parking

- 5.6 weeks annual leave (full‑time contract)

As Night Charge Nurse you’ll lead the home during night shifts, ensuring every resident receives safe, responsive, and person‑centred care. You’ll be supported by a strong clinical leadership team and work closely with our Home Manager, who holds the prestigious Queen’s Nurse title. This key leadership role offers the chance to mentor your team, manage complex care needs with confidence, and help shape a supportive, values‑led environment.
- A valid NMC PIN and at least 2 years of post‑registration nursing experience.
