Within this role you will be supervising the day-to-day site activities ensuring:* The safety of everyone on site* Labour resources are maximised to fulfil production & delivery requirements* All management systems are adhered to---### **Main Responsibilities**Within the role of Site Supervisor your day-to-day responsibilities will include:* Coordinating the weekly production schedule to comply with S&OP production targets* Troubleshooting plant issues and identifying areas for improvement* Assisting with site maintenance* Monitoring the production processes and adjusting schedules as needed to account for peak and reduced demand periods* Supervising production employees to ensure they comply with company policies, meet performance levels, and undertake training as required* Conducting regular reviews with the site team---### **The Ideal Candidate**The ideal candidate for the role of Site Supervisor will have experience in a similar role as well as experience of:* Production personnel supervision* Manufacturing processes* Continuous improvement processes* Multi production line supervision* Production systems* Relevant product and/or technical knowledge* Health and Safety* Plant maintenance* Accuracy and attention to detail* Continuous Improvement* People supervision experience---The role is based at our **Killerby Packed Products Site** located in North Yorkshire. The site is easily accessible from **Darlington, Richmond, Northallerton, Catterick, Barnard Castle, Stockton-on-Tees, Middlesbrough, Thirsk, Bishop Auckland, and the surrounding areas**.---At Tarmac, ‘who you are’ matters.
