Qualifications

  • Experience in construction document control is preferred.
  • Knowledge of Asite EDMS is a plus.
  • Familiarity with ISO 19650 standards is desirable.

Are you organised, detail‑driven and ready to play a vital role in one of the UK’s most significant infrastructure projects?

About The Role

You’ll be responsible for managing the project’s documentation throughout its lifecycle—ensuring everything is accurate, compliant, and accessible. From drawings and specifications to project records and meeting actions, you’ll become the go‑to person who keeps our teams aligned and informed.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain document control in line with internal processes and client requirements
  • Support project teams to track deliverables and stay on schedule
  • Manage documentation from early design through to handover
  • Ensure consistent use of document control procedures and systems
  • Attend project meetings and support decision‑making with accurate information
  • Oversee business archiving and ensure easy retrieval of project documents
  • Drive continuous improvements to document control processes
Essential

What We’re Looking For:

  • Strong IT skills and confident use of Microsoft Office & SharePoint
  • Great communication and collaboration abilities
  • Highly organised, methodical and proactive
  • Determined mindset with strong follow‑through
Desirable
  • Experience in construction document control
  • Knowledge of Asite EDMS
  • Familiarity with ISO 19650 standards

Given the location of our offices, it’d be ideal if you had access to your own vehicle and full UK driving licence.
