This role is ideal for a nurse with strong experience in managing hormonal and metabolic conditions, providing patient education, and supporting consultant-led clinics.**Key Responsibilities**Supporting consultant-led Endocrinology clinicsConducting clinical assessments & observationsManaging patients with a range of endocrine conditions, including:Diabetes (Type 1 & 2)Thyroid disorders (hypothyroidism, hyperthyroidism, thyroid nodules)Adrenal disorders (Addison’s, Cushing’s)Pituitary conditionsMetabolic bone diseaseAssisting with blood tests, endocrine investigations & clinic preparationMedication support (insulin knowledge advantageous)Providing patient education on lifestyle, medication adherence, and condition managementSupporting virtual/telephone follow-up clinicsAccurately documenting patient notes in EPR systemsWorking alongside Consultants, HCAs, Diabetes Nurses, and AHPs**Requirements****Registered Nurse (NMC PIN required)**Minimum **1 year experience** in Endocrinology, Diabetes, General Medicine, or related areaStrong understanding of endocrine conditions and treatment pathwaysConfident with clinical assessments and patient educationExcellent communication and organisational skillsAble to work autonomously within busy outpatient settingsYou must be living in the UK and have the right to work in the UK**What We Offer** competitive payFlexible outpatient shiftsWeekly payrollFast-track complianceDedicated recruitment consultant**Location:** Mid West Wales (NHS Outpatient Clinics) **Contract:** Weekend Work **Employer:** *SJK Healthcare*
