Tax Reporting and Forecasting Specialist
Job summary
An international large-scale organisation in the UK is seeking a Tax Reporting & Forecasting Specialist to oversee group tax numbers for reporting and budgeting. The specialist will collaborate with business unit tax teams and external auditors, providing analysis to aid strategic decision-making. This role requires strong IFRS understanding and qualifications such as ACA/ACCA/CIMA. A progressive approach to technology is also valued in this dynamic environment.

- Background in corporate finance or professional services required.
Responsibilities
- Produce and consolidate group tax figures for reporting, forecasting and budgets.
- Prepare disclosures and management-ready summaries for senior stakeholders.
- Coordinate with auditors to support review of consolidated tax data.
- Work with investor relations on tax metrics, guidance and reporting requirements.
- Maintain group tax payments, reporting packs and the consolidation model.
- Provide clear financial/tax analysis to support commercial decisions.
- Improve processes and support implementation of new reporting tools.
- Keep up-to-date with new legislation and emerging tax frameworks.
- Contribute to transparency projects such as BEPS Pillar 2, CbCR and EITI.

They are now seeking a Tax Reporting & Forecasting Specialistto support group-wide tax reporting, forecasting, disclosures and consolidated analysis.
In this role, you’ll take ownership of group tax numbers for reporting and budgeting, produce management summaries for strategic decision-making, and ensure accurate tax disclosures across the business. You will work closely with business unit tax teams, group reporting and investor relations, and act as a key point of contact for external auditors.
