A construction engineering firm in London is seeking an MEP BIM Modeller to create accurate 3D models and support the production of CAD documentation. The ideal candidate will have 4-6 years of experience in engineering or technical functions, including at least 2 years as a BIM Modeller on major projects. The role offers a salary of circa £50,000-£55,000 per annum, plus a bonus, with 3 days a week in the London office.

To produce accurate and detailed 3D models and 2D drawings. A BIM modeller works under direction from an Engineer or BIM Coordinator/BIM Manager following the data flow as specified in the BIM methodology. They produce work in accordance with the workflow/BIM execution plan (BEP), support in the federation model process, and resolve coordination issues identified.
