A leading construction and infrastructure services company is seeking a Building Services Manager Degree Apprentice based in London. This role offers 26 days of annual leave and a salary starting at £22,000, with potential earnings of £35k+ upon course completion. As an apprentice, you will receive hands-on experience while studying towards a recognized BEng qualification. Responsibilities include supporting the design and coordination of MEP systems and collaborating with project teams. The position also emphasizes skill improvement and networking opportunities.
We're looking for a Building Services Manager Degree Apprentice to join our London & Thames Valley Construction team working towards a Level 6 apprenticeship as a Building Services Engineer. Within this role you can enjoy 26 days annual leave, 24/7 Wellbeing Support Programme, and even more.
Construction comprises of Regional Building, Strategic Projects, Kier Places and KME. We operate across all regions – London & Southern, Western & Wales, Eastern & Midlands and North & Scotland.
The Kier Construction London and Thames Valley portfolio covers private sector and public sector projects with the flexibility and expertise to build across a range of projects. The average contract size continues to grow with delivery of projects up to £250m.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a leading construction and infrastructure services company on an apprenticeship. Whilst working towards a recognised qualification, you\'ll be able to put your learnings into practice in your day-to-day role, helping you progress within your chosen career.

Hours: 40hrs per week
Salary: £22,000 - with salary earning potential of £35k+ upon completion of the course!

How does a degree apprenticeship work?
As an Apprentice Building Services Manager, you will support a successful team involved in the tendering, design, construction, and commissioning of MEP building services systems, gaining hands-on experience and training throughout the process.
You will study towards a BEng qualification with our university partner, London South Bank, all tuition and accommodation fees covered by us.
You will collaborate with our teams through the whole project lifecycle through tendering and pre-construction, design, construction, commissioning, and handover. Gaining a structured insight and understanding of the business functions will allow you to develop and support the business as well a guide your future career path selection.
You will also be supported by a Building Services Mentor and Building Services Buddy who will support you on the journey to becoming a Building Services Manager.
