A care provider in Norwich is seeking a passionate Care Support Worker for night shifts. This role involves assisting service users with personal care, promoting independence, and maintaining a safe and engaging environment. Applicants should have a genuine desire to support others and align with core values such as integrity and collaboration. The position offers flexible hours and opportunities for career progression. 21 hours per week x 2 + opportunity for additional hours

As a Care Support Worker you will assist with personal care and support tasks, enabling our service users to make informed choices, promoting their independence and dignity in line with their person-centred care plan.
Working as part of a team, you will build strong relationships with your colleagues and the service users, participating and supporting with wellbeing events and activities, and helping to promote a safe and engaging environment.
Responding to call bells and emergencies in a timely manner and communicating with other medical professionals and community stakeholders as required.
