Responsibilities

• Support new lettings completing pre-tenancy interviews and viewings.
• Manage starter tenancies according to policy and procedure.
• Review complaints of neighbourhood management issues.
• Identify neighbourhood and estate improvement areas.
• Manage safeguarding issues with partnership agencies.
• Support tenants affected by domestic abuse.
