You know that preparing delicious hot beverages is something of an art form, and you’ll have the communication skills required for your role too – consistently positive, enthusiastic, helpful and ready to adapt to changing service needs.
- Prepare hot beverages to the required standards following Perkee coffee protocols
- Ensure suitable food items are available and rotated throughout the day following company protocol and brand guidelines
- Ensure the coffee bar is clean, tidy and well stocked at all times
- Organise time and systems to ensure a consistently high standard of service
- Manage any queue to ensure everyone is engaged at all times the service experience
- Comply and ensure others comply with appropriate due diligence/stock rotation procedures
- Follow procedures and instructions and help others following them
- Be an example and role model for fellow baristas
- Ideally, you will have a Food Safety Level 2 certificate and be Barista trained
- You will have at least 2 years’ experience in a service environment dealing with customers, although we will provide you with the necessary training you need in order to grow your career with us.
