Full time, 39 hours per week (job share options available). NIGHT WORK.

Up to £26,000.00 per annum depending on experience, OT available + Excellent Benefits.

Night Porter

• Sweep, vacuum, and mop floors to maintain a clean and presentable environment.
• Clean commercial areas, including emptying rubbish bins, servicing toilets, and sanitising communal surfaces.
• Undertake deep‑cleaning tasks as required.
• Keep outside walkways clear and free of debris.
• Report any required repairs or maintenance issues to building management.
• Safely mix, handle, and dispose of cleaning chemicals.
• Deputise for the Night Duty Manager when needed, delivering excellent customer service.
• Manage late accommodation check‑ins and support guests throughout the night.
• Respond quickly to issues, reporting or escalating as appropriate.
• Communicate effectively with both night and day teams to ensure continuity of service.

• Ability to operate heavy cleaning equipment and machinery.
• Capability to walk, bend, push, pull, and lift repeatedly during working hours.
• Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and correct storage and disposal methods.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Excellent organisational abilities and attention to detail.
• Self‑motivated, with the ability to work independently and identify tasks proactively.
