A leading independent insurance broker is searching for a Client Services Specialist to provide exemplary customer service remotely. In this role, you will support Employee Benefit Consultants and clients, ensuring a seamless experience. Ideal candidates have customer service or administration experience in Group Risk or Employee Benefits. This position offers a supportive work environment with opportunities for professional growth.
Location: Remote
Salary: Up to £30,000 depending on experience.
We’re on the hunt for a talented Client Services Specialist to join our growing team. You’ll work Monday to Friday, just 37.5 hours per week, no weekends or evenings! Our Client Services Specialists in Group Risk are the first point of contact, providing support to both our clients and providers to keep them updated and provide a market‑leading customer experience. You will gather all relevant data for each client / customer’s scheme renewal and assist with preparing information for our Employee Benefits Consultants.
