At SettleParadigm, we’re proud to be the largest housing group in the region, managing over 27,000 homes across Buckinghamshire, Bedfordshire, and Hertfordshire.

This includes preparing surfaces, carrying out minor repairs, and completing painting and decorating tasks to a professional finish. You’ll work closely with the Planned Works Manager and a wider team of property professionals to ensure projects are completed efficiently, safely and to a high standard.

This role is available following an internal promotion within the team.

For added brilliance:
  • Pride in delivering high‑quality workmanship
  • A positive, proactive attitude and commitment to great customer service
