A leading housing organization is seeking a skilled Decorating Technician to join their Planned Works team in High Wycombe. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality internal and external decoration works, ensuring properties are well-maintained for residents. This role requires a recognized qualification in painting and decorating or relevant experience. As a Decorating Technician within our Planned Works team, you’ll play a hands‑on role in enhancing the quality, comfort and appearance of our homes across Buckinghamshire, Bedfordshire, Hertfordshire and the wider operating area. Your work will directly shape the living environment for thousands of residents, ensuring our properties remain safe, well‑maintained and places people are proud to call home.
You’ll be responsible for delivering high‑quality internal and external decoration works, contributing to our long‑term investment programme and supporting the upkeep of our housing stock. Working closely with the Planned Works Manager and a team of property professionals, you’ll bring technical skill, attention to detail and a commitment to excellent customer service to every project.
Whether preparing surfaces, completing cyclical decoration, or carrying out minor repairs, you’ll help us deliver a consistent, high‑standard service that supports our mission to provide safe, sustainable and well‑presented homes for our communities.

We’re looking for a skilled and motivated Decorating Technician to join our Planned Works team. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute directly to the maintenance and improvement of our homes, ensuring they are presented to the highest standards for our residents.
You’ll deliver cyclical decoration works across both internal and external areas of our properties. This includes preparing surfaces, carrying out minor repairs, and completing painting and decorating tasks to a professional finish. You’ll work closely with the Planned Works Manager and a wider team of property professionals to ensure projects are completed efficiently, safely and to a high standard.
This role is available following an internal promotion within the team.
