A leading construction firm in Manchester is seeking a Head of Construction to lead residential and commercial projects managing budgets from £1m to £250m. Candidates should have over 10 years of experience in construction with a strong track record of successful project delivery. The role involves managing construction teams and ensuring compliance with health and safety standards across multiple sites.
Qualifications
- Minimum 10 years’ experience in construction.
- Proven experience delivering projects of £20m+ from conception to completion.
- In-depth knowledge of health and safety regulations.
Responsibilities
- Lead the overall delivery of all current and future projects.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time and on budget.
