A leading creative agency in the United Kingdom is seeking a skilled Motion Designer to work on high-visibility projects. The role requires expertise in 2D motion design with proficiency in animation, compositing, and lighting effects. The ideal candidate will have strong collaboration skills, the ability to communicate concepts effectively, and a passion for continuous learning. This position offers a salary of £40,000 – £45,000 and a hybrid working model.
If you’re looking to work on projects which will be seen by millions of people all over the world, then we’ve got you covered with this one!
This is a global household brand with a digital focus, so if you’re a Motion Designer who’s looking for the next step in their journey, you might just be the missing puzzle piece this strong creative team has been looking for.
Acting as a Motion Designer for a range of exciting projects, you’ll design and create work that hits the brief on the head, aligning with the brand’s core values as well as customer experience requirements.
You’ll design with rationale at the forefront of each project, able to communicate your concepts to internal teams, external clients and stakeholders alike, influencing change as needed to ensure solutions are effective and impressive.
Taking the time to understand your briefs in full, you’ll think about spotting challenges and identifying opportunities throughout the process, pulling on your excellent collaboration and communication skills to ensure everyone is aligned and on the same page.
A master Motion Designer, we’re after someone with a real 2D focus, perfectly paired with the confidence to get things done.
We’d love to see a showreel that really highlights your skills across animation, compositing, modelling, lighting effects and more. If you know your way around Cinema 4D and have any experience with 3D design up your sleeve, too, even better! Be sure to include some storyboards in there that effectively demonstrate how you take a concept through to final artwork.
Curious and committed to learning and developing, you’re not just someone who understands different video formats and production techniques; you’re someone who constantly strives to get better, taking new platforms and emerging trends on board to ensure your work is not just pixel‑perfect but relevant and captivating too.
