Macquarie's Insurance Capital Solutions team offers tailored financial and capital solutions to insurance companies, including private credit, debt solutions, and asset-liability management advisory. We have a broad range of teams covering Outsourced Chief Investment Officer services (which runs the investment activities), Actuarial, Risk and Corporate Development.
As the Client Solutions Manager, you will have the opportunity to provide meaningful and impactful value to a growing business, where your skills in cashflow valuations, stakeholder engagement and experience in the life insurance sector would be highly respected.

You will be supporting the Client Solutions Lead in reporting to existing Clients and updating reporting templates as necessary to meet client needs. You will also support the Quant team in the automation of reporting over time and support the creation of trade ideas for listed assets and implementation through the trading team.
You will also assist in the onboarding process for new clients and provide input into the assumption setting and model set up for setting strategic asset allocation for initial pricing and provide support in the negotiation of investment guidelines & reporting requirements.
