We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Manager to lead our historic car workshop.

Jim Stokes Workshops Group, are a market leader in the restoration and recreation of historic, high-performance cars. Our extensive engine building skills range from complete recreation of rare vintage models to performance maximise restorations.

The Manager will oversee all aspects of workshop operations, including project management, team leadership, customer relations, and business development. This is an exciting opportunity for a dynamic individual who shares our passion for historic cars and has a proven track record in workshop management.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of skilled historic car mechanics and engine builders.
  • Plan, organise, and prioritise workshop activities to ensure timely and efficient completion of projects.
  • Monitor project progress, budgets, and timelines, and implement corrective actions as needed to achieve quality and delivery targets.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and other stakeholders, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Develop and implement strategies to expand service offerings, and build on the workshop's strong reputation and market presence.
  • Uphold and enforce safety standards and regulations to create a safe and productive working environment.
