Grade: 6 - £28,142 - £31,022

Contractual hours: 37 hours per week

Responsibilities
  • Program repairs across the authority’s portfolio, including Council Houses, Schools, public buildings and other assets.
  • Work closely with a multidisciplinary team of trades under the leadership of the Building Maintenance Operations Manager and the Responsive Repairs Programme Manager.
  • Deliver a wide range of repairs and maintain essential properties across the county.
