Job summary

A prominent tech solutions provider in Belfast is seeking an HR Business Partner to serve as a liaison between HR, localized requirements, and digital product teams. The ideal candidate will have experience with Workday HCM solutions, particularly in Compensation, Time, or Absence modules. Responsibilities include leading Agile practices, coaching team members, and effectively communicating product strategies. This role does not involve supervisory duties and aims to improve process efficiency and data quality.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years owning or configuring Compensation, Time, or Absence modules.
  • At least 1 year coaching or mentoring globally.
  • Experience communicating complex concepts in Agile.

**Key responsibilities:** Serve as the key enabler between HR business owners, localized requirements within India and Northern Ireland, and digital product teams to realize product outcomes aligned with strategic business goals. **Essential Skills:** HR or business related experience working with Workday HCM solutions at scale.A minimum of 2 years owning or configuring Compensation, Time, or Absence modules (e.g., implementing new functionality, reducing manual effort, improving data quality, or increasing process adoption).A minimum 1 years’ experience coaching or mentoring team members globallyDemonstrated ability to apply Agile best practices while clearly communicating complex concepts evidenced by leading Agile ceremonies, refining backlogs, producing clear user stories or decision documents, and effectively presenting product strategy to senior or non‑technical stakeholders to accelerate delivery and improve alignment.**Desirable Skills:** Experience partnering with HR teams across multiple geographies (preferably India and/or Northern Ireland), addressing localisation needs, process variations, and regulatory considerations.**Supervisory Responsibilities:** This job does not have supervisory duties.
