Qualifications

  • Minimum 5+ years’ experience in a Managing Quantity Surveyor role.
  • Experience with NEC3 and NEC4 contracts, particularly options A, C & E.
  • Proven experience in the utilities industry.

  • Leading commercial delivery across a portfolio of construction projects.
  • Managing contract administration and resolving contractual issues.
  • Overseeing financial reporting, payment validation, and budget control.
