Based in Loughborough, our manufacturing facility handles everything in‑house — from raw material processing to welding, fabrication, painting, and full assembly of bespoke acoustic units. Key Responsibilities

• Weld metal components to precise engineering specifications.
• Carry out a wide range of MIG welding tasks to a high standard using engineering drawings and jig arrangements.
• Operate power tools and hand tools to cut, shape, and assemble metal components.
• Produce welds that pass visual and NDE examinations.
• Read, understand and interpret weld symbols and technical drawings.
• Work in line with all SHE (Safety, Health & Environment) requirements, including fume control.
• Inspect finished parts for quality, adjust where necessary, and ensure all work meets our exacting ISO‑certified standards.

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in welding or fabrication.
• Strong mechanical knowledge and understanding of metalworking processes.
• Proficient in MIG and stick welding techniques.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints and measurements.
• Confident using a wide range of fabrication tools and equipment.
• Ability to accurately measure and calculate dimensions.
• Experience with 2G Flat / 3G Vertical / 4F Overhead welding is essential.
