The Role

• Planned and reactive maintenance works
• Occupied and void properties
• Jobs scheduled in advance, materials organised
• Stable workload, Monday–Friday

Typical works include:

• Carpentry & door repairs
• Basic plumbing (taps, WCs, leaks, radiators)
• Painting & decorating
• Tiling & patch plastering
• General repairs and snagging

Requirements

• Proven experience in property maintenance / refurbishments
• Strong multi-trade skillset
• Full UK driving licence
• Professional and resident-friendly attitude
• Right to work in the UK
