About The Role

• Location - Reading
• Full Time - 40 hours per week. This includes some weekend, evening and bank holiday work
• Salary - £33,200 (includes location allowance). Plus a £1500 guaranteed bonus in your first year

About the role

You’ll help deliver industry-leading service, enhance our reputation, and support customer growth.

About You

What you must have:

Awareness of safe digging practices.

• Full UK Driving Licence (no more than 6 penalty points).
• Excellent customer service skills – this is a customer-facing role.
• A proactive, “can do” attitude and forward-thinking approach.
• Keen eye for detail and problem-solving skills.
• Physically fit – this is a manual, all-weather role.
• Adaptable team player – you may work with different team members daily.

Training & Development

To help you settle into your career and prepare for progression:

• Week 1: Attend our Head Office in Walsall (Monday–Friday) for induction, health & safety training, and to receive your tools and equipment.

• Ongoing: Access structured development programmes and mentoring to progress into a Water Supply Pipe Engineer role.

Where geographically appropriate, we’ll cover accommodation and meal allowances during induction.
