Qualifications

• Experience managing teams and delivering clean water mains renewal or utilities projects.
• Strong leadership ability to mentor and develop high-performing teams.
• Proven track record of delivering projects safely, on time, and within budget.
• Confidence in managing health, safety, and environmental standards on site.
• Skilled at building effective relationships with clients, stakeholders, and contractors.
• Hold a Full Driving Licence.

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop a team of Site Agents and suppliers for mains renewal schemes.
• Ensure works are delivered safely in line with health, safety, and environmental requirements.
• Oversee programme delivery, productivity, quality, and performance across multiple schemes.
• Manage costs, resources, and risks to achieve contract KPIs and efficiency targets.
• Build strong relationships with Yorkshire Water, local authorities, and supply chain partners.
