Warehouse Operative/Van Driver - Castle Donington

Location: Castle Donington, Derby

Employment Type: Temporary (to permanent)

Pay: £12.42 per hour + £50 weekly bonus for full week worked

Hours: Rotating shifts (Week 1: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM; Week 2: 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM)

About the Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Warehouse Operative to join our client in Castle Donington. The role involves operating MHE equipment, occasional van driving, loading/unloading goods, manual handling, stock checks, labeling, basic PC skills, and team communication.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate Material Handling Equipment (training may be provided).
  • Occasionally drive a van between client sites.
  • Load and unload goods safely and efficiently.
  • Perform manual handling tasks while adhering to health and safety protocols.
  • Check and verify stock for accuracy and quality.
  • Label products and maintain accurate records.
  • Use basic PC skills for stock checks and data entry.
  • Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth operations.
