Warehouse Operative

We are looking to recruit warehouse operatives who will be responsible for picking orders for our shops at our distribution centre in Monkspath - Solihull, West Midlands.

We offer a permanent full-time position and have a variety of shift patterns available working 5 days from 7 each week, including at least one weekend day. We may also have some part-time work available.

Shift patterns

• Day shift – From 06:00 to 14:00
• Night shift – From 22:00 to 06:00

Pay, working hours & benefits

Pay: £13.17 – £14.28 per hour.

Hours: 37.5 hours across 5 days per week.

We offer an hourly pay rate of £13.17 per hour for day shifts (£10.48 if you are under 21) and £14.28 per hour for afternoon, late and night shifts (£11.88 if you are under 21). You will be guaranteed a minimum of 37.5 hours of work per week for full-time positions, and overtime is regularly available.

Most warehouse operatives start with us picking orders; however, there may also be opportunities beyond this to work in our goods in and loading operations.

Requirements

• To be aged 18 or over.
• To be physically fit as this is a demanding role and you will be expected to achieve productivity targets.
• A friendly, positive, hard‑working approach toCOLUMN.
• Experience working in a warehouse environment or with manual handling equipment is a plus.
