An established wildlife conservation organization is seeking a Warden for a 12-month fixed-term position on the Isle of Coll. The Warden will assist in the day-to-day operations of the reserve, which is recognized for its significant natural habitats. This unique role requires a strong interest in wildlife management and adaptability to work in a distinctive location. The position offers a full-time schedule with competitive annual salary ranging from £30,075 to £32,108.

We are looking for a Warden for 12 months to assist in the day to day running of the Isle of Coll Reserve, a 2.5 hour ferry journey from the mainland. The reserve is 1278ha and makes up a significant part of the island, with part of the land being designated SSSI/SAC dunes and Corncrake SPA.
We are looking for someone with strong interest in wildlife management that understands what it takes to work in an unusual location.
