A care organization in Exeter is seeking compassionate individuals to join their night support team. The role involves providing care and support to young people with complex needs, promoting their personal growth and well-being. Candidates should have prior care experience or transferable skills, and be ready to work flexible nighttime hours to make a positive impact. You will bring valuable skills from previous roles where you have supported others, whether in care, education, or personally. With a strong “can-do” attitude, you will be committed to helping young people achieve their potential through learning and personal growth.
We support a large number of young people aged between 17 and 35, with complex sensory, physical and emotional needs, making our setting truly unique and rewarding. You’ll form part of the waking night support team to provide exceptional care, health and therapy to our young people throughout the night when required.
Does the job role include personal care?: Yes
Averaging 33.5 hours a week, worked over a 2 week rolling period. Hours are 22:00-08:15, working 2/3 days midweek, plus alternate weekends
