Qualifications

• Experience with global accessibility standards and assistive technologies.
• Leadership in accessibility programmes and governance frameworks.
• Knowledge of embedding accessibility into design systems.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute testing strategies for software quality.
• Implement test plans for validation and compliance.
• Collaborate with teams to analyse requirements and resolve defects.

Skills

Deep expertise in global accessibility standards (WCAG, EN 301 549)

Proven leadership in enterprise‑scale accessibility programmes

Technical knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, ARIA

Professional certifications (IAAP CPACC, WAS, CPWA, DHS Trusted Tester)

Experience with accessibility automation and monitoring

Knowledge of Agile delivery and PMO disciplines
