Overview

Change Grow Live believes that those who access our services should be at the heart of everything that we do and those who have lived experience have a unique and valuable insight into how our services can work best. In this role you will help us to engage with the people who access our services, making sure their voices are heard and that they have a say in how we run services in East Sussex.

Responsibilities

• Listen to people and share what you have heard with the service.
• Represent their views and use their feedback to help inform how we develop and improve our services.
• Help to ensure people hear about any decisions or changes that are made because of their feedback.
• Work with Change Grow Live staff and connect with the wider community.

Qualifications

We provide all the skills, training and support you will need to undertake the role.
