Tudor Employment Agency are currently recruiting for a VNA Driver to join our client based in Derby.

We are looking for experienced and dedicated VNA Drivers to be part of our family run logistics provider going back over 65 years.

Duties of a VNA Driver:

• Safely and efficiently operate VNA trucks to move stock within high racking systems in narrow aisles
• Load and unload pallets from racking up to considerable heights
• Pick, move, and stack goods according to inventory procedures
• Conduct stock replenishment and rotation to maintain inventory accuracy
• Accurately pick orders for dispatch using scanners or pick lists
• Ensure correct items are selected and prepared for shipping
• Help maintain a clean, organised, and safe warehouse environment
• Ensure aisles are clear and stock is stored securely
• Perform daily pre-use safety checks on VNA equipment
• Report any faults, damage, or safety issues immediately
• Maintain accurate records of stock movements and any discrepancies
• Work alongside warehouse operatives and supervisors to meet daily targets
• Communicate effectively to coordinate tasks and ensure smooth operations

In order to be considered for the role of VNA Driver:

• A valid VNA licence (in-date and accredited)
• Proven experience operating VNA trucks in a fast-paced warehouse environment
• Good understanding of warehouse procedures and health & safety regulations
• Reliability, attention to detail, and a strong work ethic

Hours of Work: Days: 6am – 6pm / Nights: 6pm – 6am (Monday to Friday & 4 on 4 off shift patterns available)
