Role Description
We're looking for an experienced Creative Strategist + Video Editor that’s full of fresh, creative ideas to help elevate our social video output across Paid & Organic channels. Working closely with the in-house editing team and our Creative Lead, to bring new ideas to life with videos that stop the scroll. Key Responsibilities
- Ideate fresh, new concepts for Paid Ads that are in line with content pillars, audience, brand style & TOV. Thinking of ways to showcase our product offering in a way that is engaging, scroll-stopping & leads to conversions.
- Plan and edit high-quality video content for a variety of channels from organic social media (Instagram, TikTok) to paid social media across META. Adapting different techniques and styles for each channel.
- Work collaboratively with the in-house editing team and Creative Lead to increase the amount of testing we do across different styles, personas & messaging within the account.
- Stay ahead of trends, and brands performing well in the e-commerce space across Meta to find unique ways to engage with our audience, and showcase our products in line with key sellers & new product launches.
- Proactively bring new concept ideas to the table, with a well thought out hypothesis and data backed reasoning as to why you think we should try and test a new concept.
- Confidently communicate your ideas for concept, filming & editing approach through a well thought out brief, and pitch new ideas to the Creative Lead, Head of Marketing & Director.
- Lead communication with influencers & actors to ensure your concept briefs are accurately carried out during the filming process. Proactively give feedback, and request content changes where needed to ensure content quality is always well matched.
- Manage multiple projects at a time, executing content to a high quality in line with brand guidelines.
- Collaborate with the wider marketing team to understand what performs and continuously optimise content based on data and insights. Be eager to understand the testing and analytical process and be involved in the performance data review side of your content.

Skills
- 2+ years of proven experience in video editing for brands, with Paid Ads experience.
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite; ability to use other video editing tools is a plus.
- Deep understanding of Instagram, TikTok, Meta ads, and short-form video best practices.
- Proficient in applying motion graphics, transitions, captions, and colour grading.
- Videography experience is a plus.
