A vibrant primary school in Upper Poppleton is seeking a Vice Principal to support a nurturing environment and improve teaching standards. The successful candidate will have strong leadership and classroom experience, with a proven ability to motivate teams. Responsibilities include developing improvements in teaching and overseeing a part-time teaching commitment. The position offers a supportive community and professional development opportunities.

This is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated and inspiring leader to take on a significant leadership role working alongside the Principal in an ambitious and forward‑thinking school.
You will be responsible for developing sustained improvement in Teaching and Learning throughout school, driving improvements in Quality First Teaching, Curriculum and Assessment.
The role will also involve a 2 day per week teaching commitment.
Hours of Work: 1.0 FTE
