At Monterosa we're looking for a Vice President of Sales to join our team.

About the role

As Vice President of Sales, you’ll be responsible for defining and executing Monterosa’s revenue growth strategy.

You’ll lead from the front, building and mentoring a high-performing sales team while personally driving strategic deals with some of the world’s most recognisable sports organisations and brands.

Revenue Leadership: Own Monterosa’s sales strategy, delivering predictable, scalable revenue growth across sports, media, and entertainment (with scope to expand into DTC/retail).

Team Development: Build, manage, and mentor a world-class sales organisation, embedding accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Market Expansion: Lead go-to-market strategies for new regions and verticals, leveraging Monterosa’s technology and reputation.

Customer Acquisition & Growth: Personally lead and close strategic enterprise deals with top-tier customers.

Sales Operations: Implement best-practice processes in forecasting, pipeline management, and reporting.

Commercial Strategy: Work with leadership on pricing, packaging, and value propositions to maximise customer success and revenue outcomes.

About you

We are seeking an experienced sales leader for this high-impact role, ideally with a track record of scaling a SaaS or tech-enabled services business.

You’ll bring expertise, energy, and a global perspective to help us expand into new verticals and geographies while continuing to deliver exceptional value to our customers.

The right person will combine an enthusiasm for sports fandomwith an understanding of software, in order to position Monterosa’s solutions effectively.
