Job Description

We’re looking for an exceptional dealmaker who wants to build, not just advise.

As an Investment Banker at Fundflow, you will focus on sourcing, structuring, and executing private-credit transactions for Europe’s most ambitious startups and scale‑ups. You’ll leverage our AI platform to streamline executions, and collaborate with the founders to continually improve how deals get done.

With strong deal flow, a tested tech stack, and a growing client base, we’re now scaling our team by hiring new bankers. Come build the future of investment banking with us!

What You Will Do

• Drive deals from pitch to close. Use your commercial instinct to win mandates, balance the interests of founders and lenders, and push every transaction to completion.
• Source new opportunities. Build and execute strategies to capture deal flow from new markets and partners, working closely with the founders to refine origination tactics.
• Own relationships. Develop lasting trust with founders and lenders, creating the foundation for repeat transactions and long‑term partnerships.
• Shape the future of banking. Identify opportunities to streamline and automate workflows; collaborate with the founders and tech functions to improve our AI‑driven platform.

What we are looking for

• Credit Experience: 3‑5 years in investment banking, debt advisory, or private credit. You’ve executed complex financings and know how to get deals over the line.
• Analytical Judgment: Deep grasp of credit analysis, structuring, and investor dynamics, with the ability to turn complex capital needs into clear, actionable solutions.
• Relationship Builder: Confident communicator who builds trust fast with founders and lenders, balancing empathy with commercial edge.
• Commercial Drive: Own your mandates and pipeline – you think in terms of revenue, outcomes, and potential repeat business.
• Builder Mindset: You want to help invent the new model for investment banking – designing systems from scratch, working hand‑in‑hand with AI, and feeding every deal insight back into how the platform evolves.
