Job Opportunity: Veterinary administrator at Veteris in London

Veteris is on the lookout for a dedicated RVN to join our team in London, where you'll support our office and hospital operations in providing top-notch emergency care for pets. This is a full-time non-clinical position offering 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, during office hours.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage stock and ensure supplies are readily available
  • Refill kit bags for our mobile veterinary team
  • Handle various administrative tasks, including managing files, invoices, and stationery
  • Process insurance claims efficiently and accurately
  • manage, update and audit controlled drugs records

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Energetic attitude, love of structure and a job well done
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Computer literacy, with proficiency in common office software
  • A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow within the role
  • Based in our hospital in Shoreditch and at our upcoming location in South London
  • Opportunity to contribute directly to emergency pet care
  • Potential for professional growth within our dynamic, expanding company

Experience:

  • Experience and familiarity with the veterinary industry, full training will be given
  • Computer literacy is an essential skill for this role.
  • Being able to travel to the location is essential and flexibility to work across other locations within London as the business grows is ideal
  • A full UK driving licence is essential for managing our fleet of vans
