A reputable automotive company in Stoke-on-Trent is seeking a meticulous Vehicle Administrator to manage vehicle documentation and support the sales teams. The successful candidate will have experience in a similar role, be proficient in IT, and possess excellent communication skills. Familiarity with Keyloop or Kerridge is advantageous. This position offers a salary of £24,000 per annum with standard working hours from Monday to Friday.

Hours of work: Monday to Friday 9am-5pm
Are you a meticulous Administrator with previous knowledge in a similar role?
Working from our Head Office, you will support the sales teams by managing all vehicle documentation. Being adept in the use of Keyloop to maintain stock records, vehicle pricing, handling invoices, stock management and ensuring all finance figures are accurate.
Your attention to detail and capability of managing a varied workload in a fast paced environment will be the drivers of your success at the Holdcroft Group. Bringing previous experience of Kerridge or similar systems would be beneficial in the role.
