Role Overview

We are looking for an enthusiastic User Acquisition Manager to join our London Office. In this role, you will work closely with the Product and Marketing teams in order to improve our games’ acquisition strategy. The role includes responsibility for:

  • Managing and owning a variety of incentivised networks for some of the biggest mobile games in the world
  • Own end-to-end marketing responsibilities for one or two titles within PeopleFun
  • Act as the main point of contact between UA, creative, marketing, monetisation, product teams, and external partners
  • Develop high-level creative strategy and collaborate on monetisation initiatives
  • Manage budget forecasting, ROI projections, and align marketing strategies with studio leadership
  • Optimising marketing spend in the millions and impressions in the hundreds of millions
Required Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

You are a strong analytical and technical person with strong communication skills who can problem-solve creatively and thrive in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.

  • 2-5 years of User Acquisition experience
  • Strong analytical skills and understanding of UA metrics
  • Experience managing UA campaigns with significant budgets
  • Experience with data visualization and UA tools
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Motivated, eager to learn and adaptable to fast‑paced environments
  • Gaming industry experience is nice to have
  • Prior experience with mobile apps is a plus
