Job summary

A progressive coffee import company in the UK is seeking a Partnership Manager to support their growth. This entry-level role offers hands-on experience in managing roaster partnerships and understanding the coffee value chain. Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Support targeted outreach to UK roasters.
  • Assist in scheduling and preparing for partner visits.
  • Own the full sample lifecycle from inventory to dispatch.
  • Manage all sales activity and pipeline updates in the CRM.
  • Support contract and order administration for accounts.
  • Collaborate with Marketing for consistent communications.
  • Assist in organizing in-territory events.
  • Track key sales activity metrics and own revenue targets.
