Job description

we are working with an award-winning London accountancy firm who are independently recognised for the strength of their Private Client Tax offering. Their Trusts & Estates team is busy, growing and undertaking partner succession-planning.

Ideally, the team would like to appoint a Trust & Estates Director whom they can support with progression to Partnership in the short to medium term. The firm is not PE backed.

The role would suit a top-end Trust Senior Manager ready for the step up to Director, or alternatively a Trust Director seeking a new challenge and route to partnership.

The client base is UHNW and high quality, offering a broad range of trust structuring, estate planning and management work. The incoming individual will be a key client relationship manager and will also assist private client partners with networking and business development initiatives. The successful candidate is likely to be STEP and/or CTA qualified, but will certainly have strong trusts and related tax experience, gained in a leading accountancy or law firm.

This is a rare opportunity for a senior trusts adviser to position themselves for partnership. The firm is supportive, sociable and offers hybrid working arrangements. Salary will be dependent on experience but is likely to be £100k+.
