Are you passionate about the transformative power of music? Do you believe in the potential of music therapy to change lives? Key Changes Music Therapy, based in Winchester, operating across Hampshire, is looking for dedicated and enthusiastic individuals to join our Board.

What difference will you make?

You’ll contribute to improving the lives of our whole range of beneficiaries, from children with profound multiple learning difficulties, children in mainstream education struggling to communicate and find their way, adults with mental health challenges, refugees and older adults dealing with age-related illnesses.

You’ll help us plan ahead and deliver an efficient service safely.

What are we looking for?

We are seeking Trustees with a broad range of skills as we are thinking ahead and building resilience in our Board for our future.

We particularly welcome applicants with GDPR expertise and with experience of compliance and governance including acting in the role of board secretary.

You will work well in a small team and enjoy the creative aspects of planning our strategy alongside the need to ensure strong governance and the highest standards of service delivery.

What will you be doing?

You will play a crucial role in the direction and governance of our charity. Your responsibilities will include attending monthly virtual Board meetings and twice-yearly face-to-face, contributing to our strategy and ensuring the efficiency & effectiveness of the organisation.
