Job summary

A leading UK provider of specialist education and care is seeking a Practitioner Psychologist to provide psychological input to children and young people across the region. You will focus on the impact of developmental trauma and support therapeutic approaches while managing travel demands. Candidates must hold a Doctorate in Psychology and be HCPC registered. This role necessitates a flexible approach, offering a chance to create trauma-responsive environments for children. A part-time contract of 3 days a week is offered with a salary up to £63,000 pro rata.

Qualifications

  • Doctorate in Clinical, Forensic, Counselling, or Educational Psychology or equivalent.
  • Registration with HCPC is essential.
  • Full clean driving licence and own vehicle required.

Responsibilities

  • Provide psychological input across the region.
  • Promote the Keys Connect model to support practice.
  • Consult with professionals for psychological wellbeing.
