We’re looking for a motivated and experienced Transport Shift Manager to join our team at the MullerHoddesdon Depot. In this pivotal role, you’ll lead by example, coach and develop your team, and drive continuous improvement across our transport operations.

Responsibilities

• Contract:Full Time / Permanent
• Shift Pattern:4 on - 4 off
• Drive operational excellence through KPI management, DOR (Daily Operations Review), and performance coaching.
• Manage people effectively, including performance reviews, development plans, and employee relations.
• Champion health and safety, leading investigations and promoting a strong safety culture.
• Ensure legal and audit compliance across shift operations.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to improve business performance.
• Act as the escalation point for farm services issues.
• Promote and embed MMID behaviours and succession planning.
