# Transport Planner## **We are looking for a Transport Planner to join our Transport & Mobility team to work on a diverse range of projects that cover urban development, infrastructure planning and design, resource management, and programme delivery.**This position is within our Cities business unit that is at the forefront of innovation in the urban environment. This role involves participating in a variety of exciting projects globally, from strategic master planning to transport assessments at the development stage. Our recent projects include a large-scale medical facility in Qatar, Tottenham Hotspur's new stadium in North London, and a master plan for a garden city in Malaysia.**What We're Looking For:*** Experience in transport planning, economics, and/or transport data analysis/modelling* Strong communication skills with the ability to prepare and present work to both internal and external stakeholders* Creative and innovative mindset, with a lateral thinking approach* Experience working as part of a project-based team* Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint (other software tools are a plus)**Desirable Skills:*** Experience using Adobe packages (Illustrator and InDesign) and GIS* Capability in other transport or city planning skills such as master planning and planning strategy* Understanding of development planning principles and integrated design within master planning* Experience working on international projects and flexibility to travel**Key Responsibilities:*** Preparation, development, and analysis of transport data* Concept design and master planning for transport schemes* Involvement in design workshops and developing concept designs* Drafting technical reports and presentations* Managing time in accordance with project schedules and client expectations* Supporting business development initiatives and contributing to bids* Promoting transport planning/analysis to existing and potential clients* Training junior staff and contributing to the upskilling of the wider transport planning team**What we offer you**Bring your knowledge and expertise to one of the world’s most respected consultancies. * Hybrid working arrangements.* Attractive salary and benefits package including, private medical insurance, life assurance and income protection.* Holiday entitlement of 25 days per annum (exclusive of bank holidays) and flexible holiday arrangements.* Generous company pension scheme.* Flexible benefits including cycle scheme, dental insurance, optical cover, travel insurance, season ticket loans, and corporate discounts.* Enhanced parenthood leave policies.* 3pm finish on the last Friday of the month.* A strong commitment to your continuous development.
