A leading water utility company in Swansea is seeking a Trainee Sewerage Operative to assist with customer responses to sewerage incidents. In this role, you will handle tasks such as sewer inspections, maintenance operations, and customer service interactions. The ideal candidate must be enthusiastic about putting customers first and possess or be working towards a driving licence. This 18-month program includes on-the-job training and competitive benefits including a market salary and 33 days of annual leave.

Trainee Sewerage Operative
Your role as a Trainee Sewerage Operator will require you to deal with our initial customer response to sewerage incidents across the business area. You will be required to undertake all tasks associated with delivering excellent customer service to all customers.
The position will be required to undertake the following operations (but this not solely restricted to those examples listed below):
